Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Water
Self explanatory I think, right?  This is my Stellabelle splashing in the Atlantic.  She is such a beach baby.  It is so appropriate that she was born here (in Florida) ;)

Petal
I took this a few weeks ago in Michigan while at a wedding.  Nothing special... just hanging flowers.  I do enjoy the rich purple color though.

Calm
(almost) every Sunday we head to the beach.  Our favorite little spot is about 20 minutes away but totally worth the drive.  We set up camp- coolers, snacks, a tent, chairs, towels and toys.  I alternate playing with the kids and taking pictures/video.   My favorite part is when Ryan takes the kids "wave jumping."  I sit back in my rainbow recliner and snap up those memories like there is no tomorrow.

Fresh
Dinner last night!  Fresh corn on the cob.  There's a tiny fruit and veggie stand down the way
and I try to make it a point and stop there at least once a week.  This week, corn and cantaloupe were on display.  The kids devoured the corn.

Eight

Now this is a bit of a stretch, but follow me here;  This is our kitty, Forks.  We adopted him a couple of months ago from a local adoption agency, Wags & Whiskers.  The story goes, Forks, and his sister were thrown out of a truck and left on the side of the road.  And we all know cats have 9 lives... so I figure that truck episode probably took one of those lives, leaving 8.. yeah I know.
Whatever.  Just enjoy the picture.

And check out more SHS over with Ashley Sisk!

Of course, I love your 'eight' shot - I have such a weak spot for kitties - but your 'fresh' is fabulous.
