I'm not a good juggler. Therefore when I've got 30 things going, something is bound to drop. I have blog guilt... because I really truly love using this as a place to post a zillion pictures, sharing the hard days and the victorious days of motherhood.
Anyways, I hope I can get myself back on a "blog schedule."
For now, I've promised a few friends to post this recipe, so here it is :)
Super Duper, Yummy, Pretty Pink, Cherry Bomb Cookies
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 tablespoons of cherry juice
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cups chopped marischino cherries
-Preheat oven to 350-
Step one: Cream the butter and sugar.
Step two: Add the egg. Blend well.
Step three: Add everything else. Mix until dough forms.
Step four: Drop dough (or roll it into balls) on the cookie sheet
Step five: Cook 9-10 minutes (these are like... REALLY good if you slightly undercook them- so note the temp of your oven ;)
Step six: Sing, "Hello Daddy, hello mom! I'm your ch-ch-ch-ch-ch- CHERRY BOMB!"
