Our Weekend In Pictures.

Because I'm exhausted but feeling slightly irritated with myself for not updating the blog... I am going to quickly post what we did this weekend...

Had my parents over for pizza & a DISNEY movie :)... didn't catch a pic of the whole pizza, but I thought these veggies that topped our pizza we're pretty enough ;)


Saturday morning we did the Dr.Suess Celebration at Target. FREE. FOOD. BOOKS. What more could you ask for??? It was fun :)

Sunday I ran to Jo-Ann's. MaeMae needed a pillow. A MaeMae sized pillow. Since breaking her bed down into a daybed, she's been using a huge pillow that falls off the side of the bed every stinkin' night. Making her a pillow has been on my "to-do" list for awhile. And I FINALLY got to it today. It was quick, easy- I mean SUPER, SUPER "ASHLEY-CAN-DO-THIS" SIMPLE. And I love it :) As I was stuffing it, I got the idea to put a little note in it...

I wrote out a few of my fave. lyrics to "Baby Mine". And then a couple special words (that I'll keep between Maeve & I :), stuck the letter in a teeny zip-lock bag and then stuffed it deep, down inside her pillow. It warms my heart to know she's resting her head on those sweet words. I hope one day, she can open the pillow up and find the words I wrote to her on February 28th, 2010. I told Henry when he graduates to a big boy bed, I will make him his very own pillow, complete with a deep, hidden letter. ;)

Well... that about sums up our weekend! Hope you all had a terrific one... Now its time to gear up for another week!!! blahhhhhhhhh...
